Cabinaid is committed to protecting your data. We need your personal details to guarantee our services to you. Cabinaid processes these personal data because you do use our services and/or because you did provide them to us yourself.

Cabinaid processes data for the following purposes:

  • providing and invoicing our services
  • processing your order and informing you about its progress.
  • storage of the agreement and order history
  • taking measures to improve the service and the provision of information

What data can be stored by Cabinaid:

  • First name and Last Name
  • Business address and/or private address
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

In order to be able to deal with problems with your digital order and to investigate a possible malfunction, we store your IP address of your location. We do not store this data for longer than we consider necessary.

As a private person you do always have the right to view the data or have these data removed. Personal data will never be made available to third parties.

Security
When transferring data via the website, we use an SSL security system (Secure Socket Layer). You can see that your data is sent encrypted by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

Data of website visits
Cabinaid does collect and analyse information related to the use of this website. You can set what information we can collect yourself via Cookies. We use these data to gain better insight into our customers and to optimize our service and website. Cabinaid is not interested in names or other information that reveals the individual identity of website visitors. We use the Google Analytics tag on the site to analyse how the site works and to measure the efficiency of traffic sources. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We do not have influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the information obtained from Analytics for other Google services. The information collected by Google is anonymized as much as possible, your IP address is emphatically not given.

On the website you will find links to our social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram). By clicking on these links you will leave our website and you will arrive on the pages of Facebook, Instagram and/or LinkedIn. Retention period data and access
As soon as the service from Cabinaid ends, we store some data based on the legal retention period. We delete the data that is no longer needed. After the legal retention period, we delete all data. You have the right to look at the data we have about you after your services with us have ended. You can submit a request for inspection, correction or removal to our administration department. To ensure that the request for access/correction has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Also include relevant copies of the extract from the Chamber of Commerce of your company. We hereby request that you black out your passport photo and Citizen Service Number in this copy to protect your privacy. Cabinaid will respond to your request as soon as possible, always within four weeks.

Cabinaid will only provide data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View and adjust data
You do have the right to request access to/or for correction/deletion of your data. You can contact us for this. To prevent misuse, we will ask for adequate identification. When it comes to accessing personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find these in the browser settings.
